For this addition of our tenant spotlight, we’re introducing Rebecca Perks from R Perks Finance & Accountancy. Rebecca and her team support businesses with accounting services tailored to smaller companies and the construction industry.
With a focus on communication, simplicity and flexibility, R Perks Finance helps clients manage their finances with confidence while offering a more personal approach to accountancy services.
To Learn more about the business, we caught up with Rebecca and asked a few questions:
What does your business do?
We are accountants who specialise in the construction industry, Xero and we we love working with micro companies and one man bands.
What problems are you solving for your clients?
Keeping taxes low and keeping them out of jail. Keeping it simple and communicating effectively.
What do you like about being based here?
It’s easy to focus on what we do when the reception, cleaning, internet, furniture, parking is all dealt with under your rent fee.
The highlight for us is that clients get a warm welcome and can drop off confidential paperwork when we are all not around.
What do you enjoy most about running your commpany?
We are able to support people whilst giving a good work life balance to myself and the staff and offering a service in a different way to any other traditional accountant.
If your business had a theme song, what would it be?
‘Count on me’ by Bruno Mars, or ‘We’re all in this together’ from the High School Musical Cast.
