For this edition of our Tenant Spotlight, we’re introducing Alex Stevens from CJR Propulsion. CJR is a leading designer and manufacturer of propellers and sterngear for yachts and boats, supplying customers across the marine industry.
From new-build projects to upgrading existing vessels, the team focuses on delivering high-performance propulsion solutions. We caught up with Alex to learn more about his role and the work CJR does.
What does your business do?
We design and manufacture propellers and sterngear for yachts and boats. I look after Sales for the company.
What problems are you solving for your clients?
We work on new build projects, plus existing vessels. Increasing speed, reducing vibration and providing a complete propulsion package.
What do you like about being based here?
Great office space, easy to get to and good parking.
What is the most challenging part about your job?
Managing customers expectations.
How do you usually spend your lunch break?
