Our Story

Laurie de Mel Properties, who are a part of de Mel Group Ltd, were responsible for building Falcon House in 2008 and this beautiful, architectural designed building provides a great first impression and is a statement building.

In 2010 the building was reconfigured to provide a variety of Serviced Office spaces that cater for one to ten occupants.

We pride ourselves in offering over thirty separate offices that are fully equipped with air-conditioning, stylish furnishings, high quality IT and telecoms infrastructure support packages and we are able to offer a bespoke package to suit the individual requirements of a business.

Over the past few years we have assisted a number of businesses to grow and flourish and we believe this is because we put our clients and their customers at the heart of our decisions.

When we were looking for an office to set up our company, Falcon House ticked all the boxes. The all-inclusive charges meant that we didn’t have to deal with different suppliers and we were able to keep control of our outgoings.

After 3 years we continue to receive a top class service.
