Our Story

Built in 2008 by Laurie de Mel Properties, Falcon House is a striking, architecturally designed building that creates an impressive first impression. In 2010, the space was thoughtfully reconfigured to offer a range of serviced offices accommodating businesses of one to ten people and became Falcon Business Centre.

Today, we provide over thirty fully equipped offices, featuring air conditioning, stylish furnishings, and business grade internet. Our flexible support packages are designed to be bespoke, ensuring each business has a setup that works for them.

Over the years, we’ve helped many businesses grow and thrive by putting our clients—and their customers—at the heart of every decision we make.

When we were looking for an office to set up our company, Falcon House ticked all the boxes. The all-inclusive charges meant that we didn’t have to deal with different suppliers and we were able to keep control of our outgoings.

After 3 years we continue to receive a top class service.
