Located on the first floor, our Business Lounge is available to both tenants and virtual clients, providing a comfortable and welcoming space for informal meetings, relaxed catch-ups, or use as a breakout area during the day. Designed with sofa-style seating and complimentary tea and coffee, it offers a calm, informal setting to work or connect with colleagues.
In the evenings, tenants may book the lounge at no additional cost for relaxed, informal meetings. Advance booking is required to ensure availability and to minimise disruption to other tenants’ day-to-day business. This space is available to all serviced office clients and reflects our commitment to providing a professional yet friendly working environment.
